وكالة التصنيف الإئتماني للدول العربية بين الواقع والحتمية
Résumé: الملخص: إن إنشاء وكالة تصنيف إئتماني عربية في ظل التوجه العالمي نحو إنشاء وكالات محلية وإقليمية يعد ذا أهمية كبيرة، فالدول العربية كغيرها من الدول تتجه بشكل أكبر وبخطى ثابتة نحو الإخراط في خضم الإقتصاد العالمي مما يتطلب إنشاء وكالة تصنيف عربية ملمة بخصائص السوق العربية. فتهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع التصنيف في الدول العربية وأهم مزاياه عليها مع الإشارة إلى متطلبات إنشاء وكالة تصنيف إئتماني إقليمية. Abstract: The establishment of an Arab credit rating agency in light of the global trend towards establishing parallel local and regional agencies is of great importance. The Arabcountries, like other countries, are moving more and more firmly towards getting involved in the global economy, which requires the establishment of an Arab rating agency familiar with the characteristics of the Arab market. The study aims to highlight the reality of rating in Arab countries and its advantages over Arab countries, with reference to the requirements for establishing a regional credit rating agency.
