سؤال الجودة في نصوص المنظومة الجزائية الوطنية لمواجهة الفساد -قراءة في ضوء المعايير الأساسية لجودة النص القانوني-
Résumé: تطرح هذه الورقة البحثية سؤال الجودة على الملامح الكبرى للمنظومة التشريعية الوطنية للوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته؛ وذلك من خلال التعرف على هذه الملامح بداية، ثم عرضها على المعايير الأساسية لجودة النص القانوني لاحقا. وتهدف-الورقة- من خلال ذلك للمساهمة في تفعيل الإستراتيجية الوطنية للوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته، ونقلها من وضع رد الفعل القلق والمرتبك والمؤقت كما بدت في العشرية السابقة(2006-2020)، إلى وضع الفعل الواعي الحضاري والمستمر. This paper presents the quality questionon the major features of the national legislative system, toward the prevention from corruption and facing it, firstlyby identifying these features, then exposing them to the basic criteria of the legal text quality; in the hope of contributing to the activation of the national strategy against corruption,through transfairring it from the reaction status of anxiety and confusion (2006/2018) to the status of a continuedand modern collective act.
