Résumé: الملخص بالعربية : يعيش المثقف الجزائري في بيئة تستوجب عليه أن يعالج قضاياها بما يحمله من ثقافة "هي نتاج سنوات من التعلّم " تتيح له التفكير بأسلوبٍ مختلف عن باقي أفراد المجتمع الذي ينتمي إليه ويتأثر بما ينتجه ذلك المجتمع فيؤثر فيه . لذلك وجد المثقف الجزائري نفسه في كل هذه التناقضات و التحولات الثقافية ، والتغيرات الاجتماعية في صراع فكري ، فمن جهة هو يحمل ثقافة تؤهله لأن يصبح ذلك الموّجه و المؤثر في أفراد مجتمعه ومن جهة أخرى تَأثره به. : Abstract in English The Algerian intellectual lives in an environment that requires him to address their issues with the culture he "produces from years of learning" that allows him to think differently from the rest of the society to which he belongs and is influenced by what the society produces. Therefore, the Algerian intellectual found himself in all these contradictions and cultural transformations, and social changes in the intellectual struggle, on the one hand, he holds a culture that qualifies him to become the guiding and influential in the members of his community and on the other hand affected by it.
