تقييم أداء القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر باستخدام نموذج ليونتيف – الفترة 1974/2018 -

Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى تقييم أداء القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر من خلال مؤشرات الترابط القطاعي باستخدام نموذج ليونتيف خلال الفترة (1974/2018)، والتأكد من وجود تغيرات في الهيكل الإنتاجي، ومدى قدرة القطاع الزراعي في قيادة قاطرة التنمية الاقتصادية. توصل البحث إلى أن القطاع الزراعي يمتلك قوة جذب أمامية كبيرة وفعالة، مقابل امتلاكه لقوة جذب خلفية متدهورة، وأن الأثار الأولية أقوى من الأثار الثانوية للخطوط الأمامية والخلفية للقطاع، وشهد القطاع الزراعي تغيرات في الهيكل الإنتاجي خلال فترة الدراسة، وأنه لم يعد قطاعا رائدا وفق مفهوم الروابط الخلفية الكلية، رغم ريادته من منظور الروابط الأمامية الكلية The research aims to evaluate the performance of the agricultural sector in Algeria through economic interdependence indicators using the Leontief model (1974/2018), and to ascertain the changes in the production structure, and the extent of the sector's ability to lead economic development. The research found that the agricultural sector has an effective frontal pull force, as opposed to having a low back pull force, and that the primary effects are stronger than the secondary effects of the front and back lines of the sector. The agricultural sector has also witnessed changes in the productive structure, and that it is no longer a pioneering sector according to the concept of total backlinks
