Résumé: تسعى الأرغونوميا إلى جعل الأدوات والوسائل والمنتجات و كذا المهن و أماكن العمل مناسبة للأفراد الذين يستعملونها، ودراسة النسق الإنسان-آلة و هذا من أجل تحقيق الامن والسلامة وراحة الأفراد و ذلك بتكييف ظروف العمل لطبيعة القدرات الفيزيولوجية و السيكولوجية و التركيبة لدى الإنسان. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى التعرف على مفهوم الأرغونوميا وأنواعها والأهداف التي تصبوا لتحقيقها ونسعى من خلال هذه المداخلة الكشف عن أهم التحديات الراهنة التي تواجه الأرغونوميا (السمنة، كبار السن، ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، التطور التكنولوجي). Ergonomics seeks to make tools, means, products, professions and workplaces suitable for the individuals who use them, and to study the human-machine system in order to achieve security, safety and comfort of individuals by adapting working conditions to the nature of human physiological and psychological abilities and composition. This research paper aims to identify the concept of ergonomics, its types and the goals they aspire to achieve, and we seek through this intervention to reveal the most important current challenges facing ergonomics (obesity, the elderly, people with special needs, technological development)
