Résumé: اشتغل البحث الذي بين أيدينا الموسوم بـ "مظاهر حماية المال العام في مجال الصفقات العمومية في الجزائر"، على عرض وتبيان طرق حماية المال في مجال الصفقات العمومية، وجرائم الفساد المرتبطة بالصفقات العمومية وتجريمها. وقد تضمن موضوع هذا البحث فصلين، فصل أول تضمن التطرق لمفاهيم المال العام والصفقات العمومية مبينا أنواعها وطرق ابرامها، كمدخل مفاهيمي لهذا الموضوع، ثم تمّ التعرض في الفصل الثاني للرقابة القانونية لحماية المال العام في الصفقات العمومية، ثم جرائم الفساد المتعلقة بالصفقات العمومية والعقوبات المقررة لها. The research that we have in our hands, which is tagged with "Manifestations of the protection of public money in the field of public deals in Algeria" focused on presenting and clarifying the methods of protecting money in the field of public deals, and the crimes of corruption related to public deals and their criminalization. The topic of this research included two chapters, the first chapter included addressing the concepts of public money and public deals, indicating their types and methods of concluding them, as a conceptual introduction to this topic.
