أثر الدعم الحكومي على عجز الموازنة العامة للدولة في الجزائر-دراسة قياسية للفترة 2000-2020.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العلاقة بين عجز الموازنة و الدعم الحكومي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت بيانات للفترة (2000-2020)،حيث قدمت الدراسة تحليلا وصفيا لتطور عجز الموازنة والدعم الحكومي، والوقوف على واقع التحويلات الاجتماعية وتحليل مختلف بنودها، وكذلك إبراز العلاقة بين سياسات الدعم الحكومي وعجز الموازنة باستخدام منهج التحليل الكمي القياسي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن التوسع في الدعم الحكومي ممثلا في التحويلات الاجتماعية ينجم عنه زيادة في عجز الموازنة. This study aims at determining the link between budget deficit and government support.In order to to achieve this objective data for the period: 2000-2020 have been dealt with, using a descriptive analysis of the evolution of budget deficit and government support. Moreover, the study aims at knowing the reality of social transfers, analysing their diverse items and highlighting the link between the policies of government support and budget deficit using the econometric quantitative analysis method. The study concluded that the expanded support, represented in the social transfers, results to an increase in the budget deficit.
