قياس أثر التضخم على عجز الموازنة العامة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2018 Analyzing And Measuring The Impact Of Inflation On The Public General Budget Deficit In Algeria During The Period 1990-2018

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر التضخم على عجز الموازنة العامة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990– 2018، وذلك باستخدام نموذج (ARDL) لإجراء تحليل الأثر، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: أشار اختبار الحدود للتكامل المشترك من خلال F-statistic، إلى وجود تكامل مشترك بين بين التضخم وعجز الموازنة العامة، من خلال قيمة إحصائية-F المحسوبة أكبر من القيمة الحرجة العليا عند مستوى معنوية %1،2.5%و%5 و%10؛ كما أشارت الدراسة إلى جود أثر سلبي للتضخم على عجز الموازنة العامة في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة This study aims to measure the impact of the inflation on general budget deficit in Algeria during the period 1990-2018, The was estimated (ARDL) model, for impact analysis. The most important results of this study: The Bound Test Approach of cointegration through the statistical value F indicated that there is a co-integration between the inflation and the general budget deficit by this calculated statistical value F, which is greater than the critical value at the significant level of 1%, 2.5% ,5% and 10%; The study also pointed out that there is a negative impact of the inflation on the general budget deficit.
