السمات الشخصية لأستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19 وتأثيرها على التوافق المهني

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف انعكاسات جائحة كرونا على شخصية أستاذ التربية البدنية و أثرها على التوافق المهني، تكونت عينة البحث من أساتذة التربية البدنية وبلغ عددهم 20 أستاذ أختيرت بالطريقة القصدية، إستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي، باستعمال مقياس فرايبورج للشخصية ومقياس التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط من إعداد (ايمان محمود عبيد 2014) ؛ إستنتجنا أن أغلبية أساتذة التربية البدنية كانت لهم درجة عالية من سمة القابلية للاستثارة و العصبية والسيطرة و الإكتئابية على الترتيب ثم تليها سمة الاجتماعية و الضبط و الهدوء أثناء العمل ظروف الكوفيد وظهور مستويات متوسطة على مقياس التوافق المهني في كل من علاقة الأستاذ بعمليه و الحالة الصحية و النفسية للمعلم و الضروف الفيزيقية في العمل و عوامل خارج العمل تؤثر عليه. Abstract:The study aims to identify the repercussions of the Crona pandemic on the personality of the professor of physical education, and its impact on the professional compatibility, The research sample consisted of 20 physical education professors, it was chosen by the intended method, we ysed the descriptive approach, Using the Freiburg Personality Scale and the professional Compatibility Scale for middle school professor, prepared by( Imane Mahmoud Abid ; 2014). We concluded that the majority of professors of physical had a high degree of susceptibility to excitability, nervousness, control and depression, respectively, followed by social, control and calmnss at work, during the Covid pandemc, and the appearance of medium levels on the professional compatibility scale in both the professor's relationship with his work and the health status, thr psychology of the professor, the physical conditions at work, and factors outside the work that affect him.
