Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد دور مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي في التأثير على القرار الشرائي للمستهلك عبر الأنترنت، ومعرفة أثر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي على كل مرحلة من مراحل القرار الشرائي، ومن أجل بيان هذه العلاقة تم استخدام إستبانة إلكترونية كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، موجهة لعدد من المستهلكين الجزائريين الذين يتفاعلون بشكل مستمر مع هاته المواقع مكونة من 101 فرد، وقد استخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية spss في عملية التحليل واختبار الفرضيات، و قد توصلت الدراسة لوجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لاستخدام مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي على معظم مراحل القرار الشرائي للمستهلك وذلك بنسب متفاوتة. ABSTRACT : The objective of this research is to study the impact of social networking sites on consumer purchasing decisions over the Internet. And to identify the impact of social media on each stage of the purchasing decision, in order to demonstrate this relationship, an electronic questionnaire has been used as a tool for collecting study data. were distributed to a number of Algerian consumers who interact continuously with the social networking sites was about 101 individuals . Statistical package for social sciences (spss) was used to analyze and test the hypothese, we found that there is a statistically significant impact on the use of social networking sites on most stages of the decision to buy the consumer in varying degrees.
