متطلبات تفعيل الحوكمة الالكترونية في التنظيمات الإدارية الحديثة .المفاهيم وآلية التطبيق.

Résumé: الملخص: تعتبر الحوكمة الالكترونية من أبرز التطبيقات الإدارية الحديثة التي ظهرت في السنوات الأخيرة وتشكل آفاق الإدارة الحديثة خلال السنوات القادمة، وبهذا أصبح موضوع الحوكمة الالكترونية محل اهتمام العديد من الباحثين في المجالات الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية ويحظى بأهمية كبيرة في المؤسسات الحديثة, وهكذا أصبحت الحوكمة الالكترونية خيارا استراتيجيا على مستوى الحكومات ويجب تطبيقه رغم العوائق التي ساهمت في إبطاء التحول الالكتروني في الكثير من الدوائر الحكومية, ولهذا جاءت هذه المداخلة انطلاقا من أن الإدارة الجزائرية بحاجة إلى إدارة عصرية من خلال استحداث ثقافة تنظيمية قائمة على الإدارة عن بعد ومرتكزة على التكنولوجيا الحديثة وإدارة الرقميات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحوكمة، الحوكمة الالكترونية، الحكومة الالكترونية، التنظيمات الإدارية. :Abstract E-governance is one of the most prominent modern administrative applications that have appeared in recent years, and administrative governance is the future of modern management in the coming years, and the topic of e-governance has become of interest to many researchers in the social and economic fields, and it has great importance in modern institutions. E-governance has become a strategic choice at the governmental level, and it must be applied despite the obstacles that have contributed to slowing down electronic transformation in many governments. That is why this intervention came on the basis that the Algerian administration needs a modern administration, by providing an organizational culture based on remote management and based on modern technology and electronic management. key words: Governance, e-governance, e-government, administrative organizations.
