Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة الداي علي خوجة الذي حكم إيالة الجزائر لمدة ستة أشهر من 8 سبتمبر 1817م إلى 1 مارس 1818م، رغم قصر فترة حكمه إلاّ أنه يعتبر من أهم حكّام الإيالة نظرا للتغييرات والإصلاحات الحاصلة في عهده والتي شملت الجانب السياسي والعسكري بشكل خاص، كما تعرّضنا في ثنايا هذا البحث لقضايا أخرى تخص الجانب الاقتصادي وعلاقات الجزائر الخارجية في عهده. يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز جانبين مهمّين: يتعلق الأول منهما بالسياسة التي انتهجها الداي علي خوجة، فيما يتعلق الثاني بآثار ونتائج تلك السياسة على الحكم العثماني بالجزائر. This study deals with Dey Ali Khoja, who ruled the state of Algiers for a period of six months from 8 September 1817 AD to 1 March 1818 AD. Despite the short period of his rule, he is considered as one of the most important rulers of the Regency, due to the changes and reforms taking place during his reign, which affected the political and military aspect in particular; we also dealt in this article with other issues related to the economic aspect and Algeria's foreign relations during his reign. This research aims to highlight two important aspects: the first is related to the policy pursued by Dey Ali Hodja; the second aspect relates to the effects and consequences of this policy on the Ottoman rule in Algeria.
