The Impact Of Citizen Journalism On The Journalist's Professional Identity "a Field Study On A Sample Of Algerian Journalists"

Résumé: Abstract: Through this research, we attempted to answer the question of the impact of citizen journalism on the journalist's professional identity by conducting a field study using the description and analysis survey method and interviewing an estimated sample of 288 Algerian journalists from various media. Domains, including radio, television, electronic journalism, and print journalism, where we have witnessed numerous outcomes, the most important of which are: Citizen journalism influences the performance of Algerian journalists and their media jobs by depending on them as a source of information and competing with formal media outlets. The Algerian journalist relies upon social media as one of the most significant forms of citizen journalism, which has influenced their professional identity due to changes in their duties, the impact on journalism's reputation, and the absence of trustIn traditional media, there's a combination of technical and moral dilemmas. Keywords: citizen journalism, professional identity, journalist. ملخص الدراسة: حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة التطرق إلى موضوع تاثير صحافة المواطن على الهوية المهنية للصحفي، من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية بإستخدامنا للمنهج المسحي للوصف والتحليل، ومست عينة تقدر ب 288 صحفيا جزائريا من مختلف المجالات الإعلامية: الإذاعة، التلفزيون، الصحافة الإلكترونية والصحافة المكتوبة، حيث توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن صحافة المواطن تؤثر على أداء الصحفي الجزائري ومهامه الإعلامية من خلال الإعتماد عليها كمصدر للأخبار ومنافستها للمؤسسات الإعلامية التقليدية،و يعتمد الصحفي الجزائري على شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي كأحد أهم أنواع صحافة المواطن التي أثرت على الهوية المهنية للصحفي الجزائري من خلال التغيير في أدواره،و التأثير على مصداقية الصحافة ونقص الثقة في وسائل الإعلام التقليدية ،إضافة إلى التحديات التقنية والأخلاقية. الكلمات المفتاحية: صحافة المواطن، الهوية المهنية، الصحفي.
