المسؤولية الجزائية عن الإستخدام غير المشروع للذكاء الإصطناعي
Résumé: This study aims to shed light on artificial intelligence techniques by addressing the nature of artificial intelligence, including defining its concept as well as recognizing its types and various fields, particularly in the medical and media sectors. Subsequently, the study moves on to the criminal liability for illicit use, including determining criminal liability and its parties, and explaining its elements in certain crimes stipulated in Algerian legislation and the penalties prescribed for them. We then address the peculiarities of criminal procedures in crimes involving the use of artificial intelligence by studying the preliminary investigation procedures in these crimes and the newly introduced procedures to combat them by the Algerian legislator. Finally, we review international mechanisms to combat these crimes and the issues of international cooperation in this regard.
