Résumé: ملخص: تبرز الفكرة الأساسية للتفتيش في إباحة انتهاك الحق في الخصوصية للأفراد طالما أن هناك مبررا في القانون لهذا الانتهاك، ومن ثم يعدّ التفتيش أحد مظاهر تقييد نطاق ذلك الحق الذي ساهمت التشريعات المقارنة في دعم المحافظة عليه بواسطة ضمانات قانونية الواجب مراعاتها، وهذه المسألة عينها يقتضيها التفتيش في الجرائم المعلوماتية. كلمات مفتاحية: التفتيش ، إجراءات جزائية، شبكة الانترنت، جرائم، بيانات، برامج. Abstract : The basic idea of the inspection is to permit the violation of the right to privacy of individuals as long as there is a justification in law for such violation, and therefore the inspection is one manifestation of the restriction of the scope of that right which comparative legislation has contributed to supporting its preservation by legal guarantees to be observed, this same issue is required for inspection of informational crimes Key words: Inspection, Criminal Procedure, Internet, Crimes, Data, Software.
