سلوكيات القيادة التحويلية و أثرها على أداء العاملين في الجماعات المحلية دراسة حالة ( بلدية الطيبات ولاية ورقلة )

Résumé: تناولت الدراسة الحالية موضوع سلوكيات القيادة التحويلية و أثرها على أداء العاملين في الجماعات المحلية ، و هذا بهدف تحليل العلاقة بين القيادة التحويلية و تأثيرها في مستوى أداء العاملين في هذه المؤسسات التي تعتبر البنية التحتية للدولة . طبق البحث على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 40 موظف ببلدية الطيبات ولاية ورقلة . كما تم إستخدم الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات ، و قد سعى الباحثان لإختبار الفرضية الرئيسية و الفرضيات الفرعية المختلفة ، باستخدام برنامج SPSS ، توصل البحث في الأخير إلى مجموعة من الإستنتاجات من أهمها وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سلوكيات القيادة التحويلية و أداء العاملين على مستوى بلدية الطيبات Abstract: This current study is about the behavior of transformational leadership and its impact on the performance of local communities workers , in order to analyse the relation between the two factors since those institutions are the infrastructure of the nation . the study were forty (40) employees in the municipality of taibet,ouargla.in addition to this we used the questionnaire to collect information and we chose the main hypothesis and the sub-hypothesis , using SPSS programme. We finally a chieve results one of them is that there is a statistical relationship between the behaviors of the transformational leadership and the performance of employees in the municipality of taibet
