جهود الوساطة الجزائرية في تسوية النزاع في مالي: دراسة في المرتكزات والتحديات والسلوك

Résumé: تسعى هذه الورقة إلى فحص العلاقات التفاعلية بين مكوّنات عملية الوساطة الجزائرية، المتمثلة في المرتكزات الدافعة والتحديات المقيّدة والسلوك الناتج، وسنستعين في ذلك بالمنهج النظمي بالإضافة إلى المنهج التحليلي الذي سيسمح لنا بالاقتراب من ملاحظة مدى تأثير بعض المتغيرات المستقلة (كالمصالحة الوطنية الجزائرية) على تكيّف سلوك الوساطة الجزائرية في حل النزاع المتجدد في شمال مالي، التي انتقلت من أحادية المقاربة الأمنية إلى ثنائية الأمن والتنمية . Abstract: This papers seeks to examine in interactive relationships between the components of the algerian mediation process, represented in the driving pillard, the constrained challenges, and the resulting behaviors. and we will use the systematic approach, as well as the analytical approach that will allow us to get closer to observing the impact of certain independent variables (such as Algerian national reconciliation) on the adaptation of Algerian mediation behaviour in resolving the renewed conflict in northern Mali. which moved from a mono-security approach to a dual security and development approach
