الأفكار اللاعقلانية وعلاقتها بالإضطرابات السيكوسوماتية (مرض السكري وإرتفاع ضغط الدم ) لدى الممرضين دراسة ميدانية بالمستشفيات العمومية ( مستشفى سليمان عميرات تقرت – مستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة)
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة العلاقة بين الأفكار اللاعقلانية والإضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى الممرضين، والكشف فيما إذا كانت هناك علاقة بين المتغيرات(الجنس والحالة الإجتماعية والخبرة المهنية نوع الإصابة)، ولقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من71 ممرضا بمستشفى محمد بوضياف بولاية ورقلة ومستشفى سليمان عميرات بولاية تقرت. وقد إعتمدت الدراسة على إختبار الأفكار اللاعقلانية لسليمان الريحاني وإختبار الإضطرابات السيكوسوماتية للنواحي العصبية والسيكوسوماتية لـ قائمة كورنل ، حيث إعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي بإعتباره أكثر تلاؤما مع موضوع ومضمون البحث، ويقوم المنهج الوصفي على دراسة وتحليل الظاهرة ومن ثم وصفها وصفا دقيقا. علاوة على المعالجة الإحصائية . و قد أسفرت الدراسة الحالية على النتائج التالية: 1 – لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأفكار اللاعقلانية والإضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى الممرضين العاملين بمستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة ومستشفى سليمان عميرات تقرت. 2 – لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأفكار اللاعقلانية والإضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى الممرضين حسب متغير الجنس . 3 - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأفكار اللاعقلانية والإضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى الممرضين حسب متغير الحالة الإجتماعية . 4 – لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأفكار اللاعقلانية والإضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى الممرضين حسب متغير الخبرة المهنية . 5 – لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأفكار اللاعقلانية والإضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى الممرضين حسب متغير نوع الإصابة ( السكري ، إرتفاع ضغط الدم ) . This study aims to find out the relationship between irrational thoughts and psychosomatic disorders among nurses, and to detect whether there is a relationship between the variables (gender, marital status, professional experience, type of injury).The study relied on testing the irrational ideas of Suleiman Al-Rihani and testing the psychosomatic disorders of the neurological and psychosomatic aspects of the Cornell List. In addition to statistical processing. The current study resulted in the following results: 1- There is no statistically significant relationship between irrational thoughts and psychosomatic disorders among nurses working at Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital, Ouargla and Soliman Emirate Touggourt Hospital. 2- There are no statistically significant differences between irrational thoughts and psychosomatic disorders among nurses according to the gender variable. 3- There are statistically significant differences between irrational thoughts and psychosomatic disorders among nurses, according to the marital status variable. 4- There are no statistically significant differences between irrational thoughts and psychosomatic disorders among nurses, according to the variety of professional experience. 5- There are no statistically significant differences between irrational thoughts and psychosomatic disorders among nurses, according to the type of injury variable (diabetes, high blood pressure) .
