Résumé: حتى العقود الاخيرة لم تكن التكنولوجيا والمعرفة والمواد غير الملموسة هي من محددات النمو الرئيسية، بل كان الاعتماد على الاصول المادية والاصول الملموسة مثل المعدات والبنية التحتية وتراكم العوامل الانتاجية، إلا ان ذلك اختلف في السنوات الاخيرة حيث بدأ الاهتمام بشكل كبير ومتسارع بالموارد غير الملموسة المتمثلة بالمعرفة، إن هذا التحول يحتاج الى مجموعة عناصر منها الاهتمام بتطوير التعليم والمعارف وتطوير القدرات الابتكارية، وتوفير البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وتوفير بيئة اقتصادية ملائمة، جاء مؤشر المعرفة العربي ليقيس هذه التحولات في سنة ^ .2015دف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مرتبة الجزائر في هذه المؤشرات خلال السنتين الماضيتين، حيث توصلت النتائج إلى احتلال الجزائر لمراتب متوسطة في مؤشري التعليم العالي والتعليم التقني والتدريب والمهني، بينما عرفت تراجعا في مؤشرات التعليم ما قبل الجامعي، البحث والتطوير والابتكار، تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ومؤشر الاقتصاد. In this era we find a new phase prominent features widespread use and is acclaimed for its secretions information revolution and cognitive affected all sectors, and even recent decades technology, knowledge and materials intangible are not determinants of the key growth, but was relying on physical assets such as equipment and infrastructure and the accumulation of productive factors, but that differed greatly in recent years where seemed attention dramatically and rapidly resources of knowledge. The knowledge arabic index was born to measure this recources. This study aimes to determine the rank of Algeria in this index in the last two years. The results show that Algeria was in the medium rank at higher education, technical education and vocational training indexes, while it was in the late rank at pre-university education, research and development and innovation, information and communication technology and the economy indexes.
