مساهمة الصندوق الأخضر للمناخ في تمويل العمل المناخي بالجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: نعمل من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية على إبراز دور الصندوق الأخضر للمناخ في تمويل العمل المناخي ، حيث أنشأ هذا الصندوق لغرض مساعدة الدول النامية على الوفاء بالتزاماتها المناخية وذلك بتمويل مختلف المشاريع المنجزة في والمتعلقة بالتخفيف و التكيف ، والجزائر من الدول التي لديها الحق للولوج إلى موارد هذا الصندوق ، سنبين ما مدى استفادة الجزائر من موارد هذا الصندوق وكذا شروط النفاذ إلى ذلك والعقبات المواجهة في ذلك ، وكيفية معالجتها باعتبار أن الجزائر لم تحظى بدعم مالي كبير من الصندوق الأخضر و هذا ما ينعكس سلبا على نشاطها في مواجهة التغيرات المناخية . Abstract: Through this paper, we highlight the role of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) in financing climate action, as this fund was established for the purpose of helping developing countries to fulfil their climate commitments by financing various projects related to mitigation and adaptation, and Algeria is one of the countries that have the right to access the resources of this fund, we will show the extent to which Algeria benefits from the resources of this fund and the conditions for accessing it and the obstacles faced in this regard, and how to address them, given that Algeria has not received significant financial support from the Green Fund and this reflects negatively on its activity in the face of climate change
