أثر الألم على جودة الحياة المرتبطة بالصحة لدى مرضى السرطان

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الألم على جودة الحياة المرتبطة بالصحة لدى مرضى السرطان. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 38 مريض سرطان (23 أنثى و15ذكرا). ولقد تم الاستعانة بأداتين للقياس هما: مقياس درجة الألم والنشاط، وكذا مقياس جودة الحياة المرتبطة بالصحة SF36، وحللت البيانات بالاستعانة بالحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss24)، وباستخدام أساليب الإحصاء المتمثلة في: تحليل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد للتنبؤ باختبار شدة الألم على جودة الحياة المرتبطة بالصحة. وقد أسفرت الدراسة على وجود تأثير الألم على أبعاد جودة الحياة المرتبطة بالصحة. The Present study is intended to understand the effect of pain in health related quality of life among cancer patients. The participants of the study were 38 patients (23 female and 15 male). In order to carry out this study both the pain and activity questionnaire, as well the health–related quality of life scale SF36, were used. As for data analysis, this was achieved through the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS-24), particularly by relying on the following statistical methods: Multiple linear Regression analysis. The study revealed the effect of pain on the health-related quality of life dimensions.
