دور صيغة المرابحة في تمويل الإستثمارات في الجزائر على ضوء التجربة الماليزية
Résumé: In this study, we aim to shed light on the role of the Murabaha formula in supporting and activating investment in Algeria compared to Malaysia. Through this study، we answered the following problem: What is the role of the Murabaha formula in financing investments in Algeria compared to the Malaysian experience? Where we relied on the descriptive analytical approach in the aspectTheoretical to demonstrate the importance of the Murabaha formula in financing investment، and the method of comparison in the applied side، by studying the case of the Algerian Al Baraka Bank and the Malaysian Bank Negara، by presenting a set of statistics related to Islamic financing through the Murabaha formula. The study concluded that both banks depend on the Murabaha formulaPrimarily in their dealings compared to other formulas، this acceptance is due to the ease of dealing with them with limited risks. Comparing the statistics of the Algerian Al Baraka Bank and the Malaysian Bank Negara، we conclude that the Malaysian Bank Negara exceeds the financing in this way over the Algerian Al Baraka Bank، and this is due to the weakness of Islamic financing in Algeria.
