تنمية الايرادات في المطارات : دراسة حالة مطار وهران

Résumé: إن المطارات تعلب دورا حيويا في اقتصاد الدول و محركا للتنمية المحلية، الجهوية و الوطنية. في ضل المحيط الحالي فإن المطارات مدعوة لزيادة مداخليها لتمويل استثمارات عملياتها، الحفاظ على مستوى مقبول من الخدمات لمستعملي المطار، و الإسهام في التنمية المحلية. من خلال دراسة مطار وهران، فإن هذا البحث يهدف الى دراسة العوامل المؤثرة على تنمية الايرادات المطارية من أجل تحسين مؤشرات الأداء. إن تطوير الإيرادات بشقيها المتعلق وغير المتعلق بالطيران يفرض ضرورة وضع استراتيجية تسويقية جديدة تتمتع بالاستقلالية لكي تضمن الاستجابة لمتطلبات الزبون الحقيقية وتطوير النشاطات التجارية (التنويع والتحسين المتواصل للخدمات التي تتناسب مع خصوصية البيئة)، تطوير خدمات النقل الجوية عن طريق الجمع بين نموذجي شركات الطيران التقليدية والشركات منخفضة التكلفة (زيادة الترددات وفتح خطوط جوية جديدة)، وكذا الاستفادة المثلى من القدرات العقارية. Airports play a vital role in the country's economy and serve as an engine for local, regional and national development. In the current context, airports are encouraged to increase revenues to finance operational investments, maintain an acceptable level of service for airport users and contribute to local development. Through the study of Oran airport, this research aims to study the factors that influence the evolution of airport revenues in order to improve the performance indicators. The development of aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues requires the development of a new independent marketing strategy to guarantee the real needs of the customer and the development of commercial activities (diversification and continuous improvement of services adapted to the specificity of the environment), ddevelopment of air transport services by combining traditional airline models and low-cost airlines (increase of frequency and opening of new companies) as well as the optimization of real estate capacities.
