دور وسائل الاتصال الإلكتروني في تحقيق الديمقراطية الرقمية للإعلام والاتصال، دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة الطاهر مولاي بسعيدة

Résumé: يقع على عاتق وسائل الإعلام والاتصال الإلكتروني، مسؤولية تحقيق مبادئ الديمقراطية كالحق في الاتصال والإعلام، من منظور حرية التلقي والإرسال. وموضوع دراستنا يدور محوره حول الدور التي تؤديه وسائل الاتصال والإعلام الالكتروني في تحقيق الديمقراطية الرقمية للإعلام والاتصال، حيث حاولنا تحديد مؤشرات وملامح الديمقراطية الرقمية من خلال سلوكيات وتفاعلات وممارسات المتصلين إلكترونيا من طلبة قسم العلوم الإنسانية بجامعة سعيدة، وقصد الحصول على نتائج موضوعية اعتمدنا منهج المسح بالعينة، باستخدام أداة الاستمارة التي وزعت على عينة عشوائية طبقية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن وسائل الاتصال والإعلام الإلكتروني أعطت دعما للديمقراطية من خلال بروز ممارسة جديدة للديمقراطية عبر الفضاء الرقمي، وهو ما عكسته ممارسات وتفاعلات طلبة الجامعة، مع تسجيل نسب ضئيلة فيما يتعلق باستخدامات الطلبة لوسائل الاتصال الإلكتروني في نشر المحتوى الرقمي. The responsibility of the media and electronic communication lies with the responsibility of achieving the principles of democracy, such as the right to communication and advertising for any and the subject of our study revolves around the role played by the media and electronic media in achieving digital democracy for information and communication, where we tried to define indicators and features of digital democracy through the behaviors, interactions and practices of online callers From the students of the Department of Humanities at SAIDA University, and in order to obtain objective results, we adopted the method of surveying with a sample, using the questionnaire tool that was distributed to a stratified random sample. The study found that the means of communication and electronic media gave in support of democracy through the emergence of a new practice of democracy through the digital space, as reflected in the practices and interactions of the students of the university, with small rates with regard to the uses of electronic communication students in the dissemination of digital content.
