تطبيقات الإدارة الإلكترونية أمام القضاء الإداري الأردني

Résumé: تعتبر محاكم القضاء الإداري من المرافق العامة للدولة، التي عليها التماشي مع التطور والحداثة في كافة المجالات، وأهمها التكنولوجية، فلا بد من إسقاط مبادئ الإدارة الإلكترونية على الإجراءات الإدارية والقضائية الصادرة عن هذه المحاكم. ومن مجالات الإدارة الإلكترونية في الشأن القضائي ما يعرف بالتقاضي الإلكتروني، وهو إحدى أشكال الإدارة الإلكترونية المتعلق بالقضاء، هدفه تطوير الجهاز القضائي سواءً من حيث الخدمات الإدارية أو القضائية. الكلمات الدالة: الإدارة الإلكترونية، القضاء الإداري، التقاضي الإلكتروني، الوسائل الإلكترونية. Administrative courts are considered public facilities of the state, which have to be in line with development in all areas, the most important of which is the technological field, the principles of electronic management must be applied to the administrative and judicial procedures issued by these courts. One area of electronic management in judicial matters is the so-called electronic litigation, a from of electronic management related to the judiciary, aimed at developing the judiciary.
