مخطط تحسين أداء بعض المنظمات الرياضية من منظور التنمية التنظيمية

Résumé: نهدف من خلال دراستنا الحالية إلى تبيان مساهمة تحسين الأداء في بعض المنظمات الرياضية من منظور التنمية التنظيمية، وكذلك معرفة مدى وجود العلاقة بين سلوك القيادة وتحسين الأداء في المنظمة الرياضية، ومعرفة مدى وجود العلاقة بين التخطيط الإستراتيجي وتحسين الأداء في المنظمة الرياضية، وأيضا التطرق إلى معرفة مدى وجود العلاقة بين إدارة الموارد البشرية وتحسين الأداء في المنظمة الرياضية، معرجين بذلك للكشف عن مدى وجود العلاقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية وتحسين الأداء في المنظمة الرياضية، وكذا معرفة مدى وجود العلاقة بين رضا العملاء وتحسين الأداء في المنظمة الرياضية، والتطرق في الأخير إلى معرفة والتعرف على البرامج المسطرة من قبل مديرية الشباب والرياضة لمواكبة التغيرات الراهنة من جهة وتحسين أداء العاملين بها من جهة أخرى، و مدى تطابقها مع مفهوم التنمية التنظيمية. The objective of this study is; to demonstrate the contribution of improvement in the performance of some sports organisations from the perspective of organisational development, as well as the extent to the relationship between leadership behaviour and improved performance in the exist sports organisation,the relation between strategic planning and performing improvement in the sports organisation, The extent to which the relationship between human resources management and performance improvement in the sports organisation, so as to reveal the relationship between the organisational structure and the performance of the sports organisation, as well as to know the nature of the relationship between customer satisfaction and improved performance of the organization AADIH. touched on the last to know and identify the current programs of the Youth and Sports Directorate to keep up with the current changes on the one hand, and improve the performance of its employees on the other hand, and their conformity to the concept of organisational performance.
