دور العلماء الجزائريين في مواجهة مشاريع الاحتلال الفرنسي.

Résumé: عرفت الجزائر بدخول الاحتلال الفرنسي أبشع أنواع الاستعمار المادي والروحي, طيلة قرن وثلث قرن, شهد الجزائريون خلالها قوانين تعسفية وقرارات جائرة شملت جميع مجالاتهم السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والدينية, وإذا كان مختلف شرائح المجتمع الجزائري قد عرف ردود فعل مختلفة تجاه الأوضاع التي عرفها الجزائريون فترة الاحتلال, فإن هذا البحث جاء ليسلط الضوء على علماء الجزائر ومواقفهم المتباينة تجاه هذه السياسات الفرنسية الجائرة طيلة فترة الاحتلال, من خلال الإجابة على إشكاليتين مهمتين: الأولى: ما هي أبرز هذه القوانين التي شهدتها الجزائر؟ والثانية: ما هي أبرز هذه المواقف التي تصدى بها العلماء لهذه السياسة؟ حيث خلص البحث إلى إبراز دور العلماء الجزائريين في مواجهة مشاريع الاحتلال الفرنسي من خلال عرض خمس مواقف منها المحمود ومنها المذموم ومنها ما يحتمل الأمرين, وهذه المواقف هي: المواجهة والقتال, الصدع بالحق, المداراة, المداهنة, وأخيرا السكوت. Algeria was known to enter the French occupation, the most horrific types of material and spiritual colonialism, for a century and a third of a century, during which the Algerians witnessed arbitrary laws and unfair decisions that covered all areas, and if the various segments of Algerian society had known different reactions to the conditions that the Algerians knew during the occupation period, this research came To shed light on Algerian scholars and their differing attitudes towards these unfair French policies throughout the occupation period, by answering two important problems: First: What are the most prominent of these laws that Algeria witnessed? And the second: What are the most prominent of these stances that scholars have confronted with this policy? Where the research concluded by highlighting the role of Algerian scholars in confronting the French occupation projects, by presenting five positions, including the praiseworthy, the blameworthy ones, and the two possible ones.
