تطور لغة الاقتصاد السياسي في ظل التحولات والأزمات: نحو تصور لتدقيق الترجمة العربية للمصطلحات الاقتصادية الأجنبية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على أهم المصطلحات الاقتصادية الأجنبية المستحدثة في ظل التحولات والأزمات العالمية، وذلك خلال الفترة 1970-2023، وتقييم مدي دقة ترجمتها في الدراسات الاقتصادية العربية. وقد استخدمنا المنهجين التاريخي والوصفي لاختبار فرضية الدراسة: أن البحوث الاقتصادية العربية لم تستطع التوافق على ترجمة دقيقة وموحدة للمصطلحات الاقتصادية الأجنبية. وأظهرت النتائج غياب التدقيق اللغوي في الترجمة العربية للمصطلحات الاقتصادية الأجنبية المستحدثة، نظرًا لاختلاف المضمون والسياق والتناول والفهم لهذه المصطلحات. فضلًا عن غياب الجهود الممنهجة في بحث مشكلات الترجمة الاقتصادية العربية. وتوصي الدراسة بتوجيه الجهود نحو إحياء كل من "المعجمية Lexicography" وعملية "التعريب Arabization " للمصطلحات الاقتصادية الأجنبية، وذلك من خلال تبني المؤسسات البحثية العربية إصدار "معجم موحد للمصطلحات الاقتصادية"، وخاصة المستحدثة منها. Abstract: The objective of this study is shedding light on the most important foreign economic terms developed in light of global transformations and crises, during the period 1970-2023, and evaluating the accuracy of its translation in Arabic economic research. We used historical and descriptive approaches to test the hypothesis: Arabic economic research was unable to agree on an accurate and unified translation of foreign economic terms. The results revealed the absence of linguistic proofreading in the Arabic translation of newly introduced foreign economic terms, due to the differences in content, context, treatment, and understanding of these terms. In addition to the absence of systematic efforts to discuss the problems of arabic economic translation. Finally, we suggested directing efforts towards reviving both “Lexicography” and “Arabization” process of foreign economic terms, by adopting Arab research institutions the issuance of a “Unified Dictionary of Economic Terms,” Particularly new introduced terms.
