تسييس النضال النقابي في تاريخ الإتحاد العام التونسي للشغل خلال المرحلة الحشادية(1946-1952)م

Résumé: أسعى من خلال هذا المقال إلى الإجابة على إشكالية مهمة تبحث في كيفية تسييس النضال النقابي للإتحاد العام التونسي للشغل خلال مرحلة فرحات حشاد؛ طبعا الإجابة عنها ليس بالأمر السهل، خاصة إذا علمنا ان النضال النقابي مرتبط أساسا بالمطالب الإجتماعية المهنية والإقتصادية وأن إقحامه في النضال السياسي قد يفرغه نوعا ما من مبادئه وإيديولوجيته؛ لكن حاولت قدر الإمكان الإحاطة بمختلف جوانبها والإلمام بتفاصيلها من خلال تسليط الضوء على طبيعة تسييس العمل النقابي للإتحاد وأشكاله ومظاهره من إضرابات ومؤتمرات..إلخ، ضمن سياق تاريخي محدد بين سنتي 1946-1952م؛ ومن هنا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إثبات الدور السياسي الذي لعبه الإتحاد العام التونسي للشغل خلال المرحلة الحشادية، وبالتالي سنتمكن من التعرف على الوجه الآخر للكفاح الوطني الذي قادته الحركة النقابية التونسية. Through this article, I seek to answer an important problem that examines how the trade union struggle of the UGTT is politicized during the Farhat Hashad phase. Of course, the answer to it is not easy, especially if we know that the trade union struggle is primarily linked to socioprofessional and economic demands, and that its inclusion in the political struggle may empty it of some kind of its principles and content. But I tried, as much as possible, to understand its various aspects and to be familiar with their details by shedding light on the nature of the politicization of union work, as well as its forms and manifestations of strikes and conferences ... etc, within a specific historical context between the years 1946-1952 AD; Hence, this study aims to prove the political role that the UGTT played during the crowd phase, and thus we will be able to identify the other side of the national struggle that the Tunisian trade union movement led.).
