ثقافة المواطنة في الخطاب الإعلامي الجزائري

Résumé: عتمدت الدول وعبر مختلف مسارات تطورها ومراحل بنائها على إنتاج الخطاب الإعلامي القادر على إنتاج ثقافة المواطنة وتداولها ك أ رسمال رمزي في المجتمع والدولة ، سواء ما تعلق الأمر بالمواطنة السياسية والمدنية أو الثقافية والاجتماعية. وتعتبر وسائل الإعلام المختلفة قديمها وحديثها من أهم القنوات الاتصالية المنتجة لثقافة المواطنة بما تملكه من إمكانيات كبيرة للتأثير في الأفراد والجماعات وتشكيل الرأي العام حول مختلف القضايا المصيرية. وإذا حاولنا تفكيك الخطاب الإعلامي الج ا زئري في تطوره التاريخي ، نجد أنه قد تميز بنزوعه منذ بداية الاستقلال نحو بناء ثقافة المواطنة بالتركيز على البعد التاريخي والاستحضار الاستعراضي لبطولات وأمجاد ثورة التحرير الوطنية قبل أن ينتقل بعد مرحلة التعددية والإصلاحات السياسية في بدايات التسعينيات لبلورة خطاب إعلامي جديد ينتجه الإعلام الخاص بالتركيز على إنتاج ثقافة المواطنة المرتكزة على الحريات السياسية والإعلامية والممارسة الديمقراطية والانفتاح على التيارات الفكرية الحداثية ونتج عن هذا التوجه تنوع في الخطاب الإعلامي حول ثقافة المواطنة Through its various stages of development, States have adopted the production of a media discourse capable of producing a culture of citizenship and its circulation as symbolic capital in society and the State, whether political, civil, cultural or social.
