العنف السياسي وأزمة بناء الدولة الوطنية في افريقيا Political Violence And The Nation-building Crisis In Africa

Résumé: إن العنف السياسي هو كل الممارسات التي تتضمن اللجوء إلى القوة التي تؤدي إلى إحداث تغيرات معينة في السياسة أو الحكومة، ويتمحور حول شكلين هما العنف السياسي غير الرسمي الصادر من المواطنين ضد النظام السياسي، والشكل الثاني يتمثل في العنف السياسي الرسمي الصادر من الدولة ضد المواطنين، وكلا الشكلين أدت بأغلب الدول الإفريقية إلى حدوث أزمة في بناء دولة وطنية حديثة، كما توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن عوامل ظهور العنف السياسي في دول إفريقيا، من أزمة الشرعية والمشروعية ومشكلة الأقليات وأزمة المشاركة السياسية وظاهرة الاستبداد، أدت إلى زعزعة أركان الدولة، وبالتالي فشلها وانهيارها. Abstract Political violence is all practices that involve resorting to force that leads to specific changes in policy or government, and is centered around two forms: informal political violence issued by citizens against the political system, and the second form is official political violence issued by the state against citizens, Both forms led most of the African countries to fail to build a modern national state, and this study also found that the factors of the emergence of political violence in African countries, from the legitimacy and legitimacy crisis and the problem of minorities and the crisis of political participation and the phenomenon of tyranny, led to the destabilization of the state’s pillars, and thus failed Behold, it collapses..
