دور الوقف في التعارف والتعايش بين الأمم والحضارات

Résumé: ملخص البحث: فقه التعارف والتعايش بين الشعوب يعتبر من أهم ركائز استقرار المجتمعات، وله دور كبير في تقارب الأمم ونمو الحضارات، خاصة في عصرنا الحالي الذي تتعدد فيه المذاهب والأديان وتختلف فيه التوجهات الفكرية، والذي يعتبر مبدأ مفطورة عليه البشرية. وقد حث الإسلام على التعارف والتعايش بين المسلمين وغيرهم، وذلك على أسس محكمة قائمة على تبادل الاحترام والمعارف والمصالح من أجل إعمار الأرض وإقرار السلام مع الإبقاء على الهوية والخصائص الإسلامية. ومن أكثر الطرق الّتي تعزّز التعارف والتعايش بين المسلمين وغيرهم هو تشريع نظام الوقف الإسلامي. ومنه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور النظام الوقفي الإسلامي في تعزيز سبل التعارف والتعايش بين الأمم والحضارات، وذلك بذكر ماهية الوقف على غير المسلمين، وإبراز الركائز الأساسية للوقف الإسلامي في المجتمعات غير الإسلامية التي قد تكون جسور تواصل فيما بينهم، وكذلك ببيان مصارف الوقف الإسلامي في المجتمعات غير الإسلامية الّتي من شأنها أن تعزّز التعايش بين المسلمين وغيرهم. Research Summary: The jurisprudence of understanding and coexistence among peoples is considered one of the most crucial pillars for the stability of societies. It plays a significant role in the rapprochement of nations and the growth of civilizations, especially in our current era where religions, sects, and ideological orientations are diverse. This diversity and difference are nothing but a divine universal law. Islam has called for understanding and coexistence between Muslims and others based on solid principles, aiming to live on the basis of mutual respect, exchange of experiences, and benefits for the development of the earth, achieving peace while preserving Islamic identity. One of the greatest means to enhance understanding and coexistence between Muslims and others is The legislation of the Islamic waqf system is the focus. This study aims to emphasize the role . of the Islamic waqf system in promoting ways of understanding and coexistence between nations and civilizations by explaining the legitimacy of waqf for non-Muslims, outlining the general principles of Islamic waqf for non-Muslims which could serve as bridges of communication among them, and by detailing the uses of Islamic waqf in non-Islamic communities that could foster coexistence between Muslims and others.
