Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية في مؤسسة لدى موظفي مديرية الضرائب لولاية البيض، حيث وزع الاستبيان كأداة لقياس هذه العلاقة على عينة عشوائية قدرها (30) عاملا بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، وعليه توصلت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية إلى عدم إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء وتعزيز المواطنة التنظيمية لدى موظفي مديرية الضرائب لولاية البيض، كما توصي الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء والإدارة البيئية لتحقيق متطلبات العمل الطوعي. The study aims to find out the role of green human resource management practices in promoting the behavior of organizational citizenship in an institution among the employees of the Tax Directorate of the state of Al-Bayadh, where the questionnaire was distributed as a tool to measure this relationship to a random sample of (30) workers in the institution under study, and accordingly the results of the field study found that there is no statistically significant relationship between green human resources management practices and the promotion of organizational citizenship among the employees of the Tax Directorate of the state of Al-Bayadh, and the study also recommends the need to activate resource management practices Green humanity and environmental management to achieve the requirements of voluntary work.
