Résumé: " This study aiems to identify the role of knowledge management elements in achieving competitive superiority, by defining the relationship between them, the study community was designed from ONA in El oued, a questionnaire was designed that includes the elements of knowledge management (collaboration, trust, learning, central, official, broad and deep experience, facilities and support of the it system, organizational innovation) and competitive excellence took a deliberate sample of 40 individual employees of the foundation, and to achieve the goal of the study was to use the descriptive analytical method to collect data and analyze and test hypotheses,The SPSS program was used include: arithmetic average, standard deviation, linear correlation coefficient, multiple regression coefficient, The study has reaches several conclusions, the most important of which is that the elements of knowledge managements have a role in achieving competitive superiority in some elements of learning and organizational creativity, as well as the study proved the existence of a relationship between the elements of knowledge management and competitive excellence.
