Résumé: ملخص: اعتمد المؤسس الدستوري في الدستور الفصل المرن القائم على التعاون بين السلطات، وانعكس ذلك على عملية صناعة القانون فجاءت النصوص القانونية المنظمة للبرلمان بغرفتية تؤيد مشاركة الحكومة للبرلمان في مهمة التشريع، فتبادر هي أيضا بمشاريع قوانين ليقوم البرلمان بمهمته التشريعية من دراسة ومناقشة ومصادقة ليصدره رئيس الجمهورية في الجريدة الرسمية. Abstract: The constitutional founder adopted in the constitution a flexible separation based on cooperation between the authorities, and this was reflected in the law-making process.
