تقييم الممارسات الجبائية في المؤسسات الإقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسةإتصالات الجزائر وحدة ورقلة خلال الفترة ( 2013 – 2017 )

Résumé: تعالج هذه الدراسةأو تهدف إلى تقييم الممارسات الجبائية في المؤسسة الإقتصادية و للإجابة على الإشكالية قمنا بإجراء دراسة حالة في شركة إتصالات الجزائر وحدة ورقلة، محاولين الإجابة عن الإشكالية التالية : مامدى الإلتزام بممارسة التسيير الجبائي في مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر وحدة ورقلة ؟. وعلى هذا الأساس تناولنا المفاهيم النظرية للممارسات الجبائية، وإلى اهم الدراسات السابقة التي لها علاقة بالموضوع ، وبالإضافة إلى الدراسة النظرية ومن أجل دراسة الإشكالية، قمنا بدراسة تطبيقية إستعرضنا فيها تحليل وتقييم الوضعية المالية والجبائية للمؤسسة. حيث تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي في لجانب النظري، وفي الجانب التطبيقي دراسة حالة، وتم توصل إلى مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر تطبق التسيير الجبائي بطرق قانونية وإتباعها التشريعات و المراسيم الجبائية، و ذلك ما أدى إلى الإرتفاع المستمر لرقم أعمالها رغم إرتفاع تكاليفها. This study aims to evaluate the tax practices of the economic institution. We conducted a case study in Algerie Telecom, Ouargla in order to answer the following problem: What is the extent of the obligation to exercise tax management in Algerie Telecom, Ouargla unit? On this basis, we discussed the theoretical concepts of tax practices and the most important previous studies related to the subject. In addition to the theoretical study, we conducted an applied study in which we analyzed and evaluated the financial and tax status of the institution in order to study the problem. On the theoretical side, the descriptive approach was used and in the applied side a case study was used. It was concluded that Algerie Telecom legally apply tax management and it follows legislation and tax decrees. This has led to the continuous increase in the number of its business despite the high costs.
