البنوك العمومية الجزائرية و تحديات التجارة الإلكترونية في ظل جائحة كورونا (covid-19 )

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على التحديات التي تفرضها التجارة الإلكترونية على البنوك العمومية خاصة في ظل جائحة (Covid-19 ) ، و ذلك من خلال الاعتماد على إستبيان وزع على مجموعة من وكالات كل من BNA , BADR, BDL, CPA، و قد كشفت النتائج عن ضعف العلاقة بين البنوك التجارية والتجارة الالكترونية، بالرغم من الجهود المبذولة في ظل الجائحة ،الأمر الذي حال دون توسع نشاط التجارة الالكترونية في الجزائر . This study aims to identify the challenges posed by e-commerce to public banks, especially with regard to the pandemic (Covid-19) based on a questionnaire distributed to a group of agencies such as the BNA, BADR, BDL, CPA. The results revealed a weak relationship between commercial banks and e-commerce despite the efforts made in the context of the pandemic. The latter has prevented the expansion of e-commerce activity in Algeria.
