التحفيزات الجبائية وانعكاساتها في تطور الاستثمار (دراسة حالة الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية للفترة 2012-2021)

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة للوقوف على أهم الإصلاحات التي مست السياسة الجبائية التي لها علاقة بتطور الاستثمار من خلال منح التحفيزات الجبائية المدرجة في القوانين والتشريعات لتلعب التحفيزات الجبائية دورا مهما في ذلك، فيعد إصلاح السياسة الجبائية من السياسات التي تستند عليها الدولة لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية الشاملة, ولهذا انتهجت الجزائر طريق الإصلاحات لجذب الاستثمارات الوطنية والأجنبية. تطرقت الدراسة للتحفيزات الجبائية المذكورة في قوانين الاستثمار بداية من قانون 63-277 وهو أول قانون للاستثمار وصولا إلى قانون الاستثمار الأخير 22-18, وتوصلت الدراسة لوجود علاقة ايجابية بين التحفيزات الجبائية والاستثمار في الجزائر. :Abstract The study aims to identify the most important reforms that affected the tax policy related to the development of investment by granting tax incentives included in laws and legislations so that tax incentives play an important role in that, so the reform of tax policy is one of the policies on which the state relies to achieve comprehensive economic development, and for this reason it has adopted Algeria path of reforms to attract national and foreign investments The study dealt with the tax incentives mentioned in the investment laws, starting with Law 63-277, which is the first investment law, to the last investment law 22-18, and the study found a positive relationship between tax incentives and investment in Algeria
