دراسة مقارنة في مستوى استخدام المهارات النفسية للاعبي كرة القدم وكرة السلة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى استخدام المهارات النفسية للاعبي كرة القدم وكرة السلة، وكذا التعرف على مدى وجود فروق في مستوى استخدام المهارات النفسية بين لاعبي كرة القدم وكرة السلة، حيث استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما اشتملت عينة الدراسة على 40لاعب يمثلون 20 لاعب كرة القدم و20 لاعب كرة السلة، وبغرض جمع المعلومات استخدم الباحث مقياس المهارات النفسية والذي يتكون من 24 عبارة مقسمة على ستة أبعاد، وفي الاخير توصل الباحث الى نتائج التالية: مستوى استخدام المهارات النفسية للاعبي كرة القدم يقع ضمن تقدير متوسط، اما مستوى استخدام المهارات النفسية للاعبي كرة السلة فيقع عند تقدير جيد، وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في مستوى استخدام المهارات النفسية بين لاعبي كرة القدم وكرة السلة ولصالح لاعبي كرة السلة. Abstract: The study aims to identify the level of psychological skills of football and basketball players And also to identify the extent of differences in the level of using psychological skills between football and basketball players, where the researcher used in this study the descriptive approach, The study sample also included 40 players representing 20 soccer players and 20 basketball players. For the purpose of collecting information, the researcher used a psychological skills measure which consists of 24 words divided into six dimensions. In the latter, the researcher reached the following results: The level of use of the psychological skills of football players is Within an average estimate, As for the level of using the psychological skills of basketball players, it is at a good estimate, and there are statistically significant differences in the level of using psychological skills between football and basketball players and for the benefit of basketball players.
