Résumé: ملخص: تتمحور هذه الورقة البحثية حول موضوع دور المجتمع المدني في بناء وتعزيز الحكامة التشاركية،وتهدف لإلقاء الضوء على أهمية دور المجتمع المدني في بناء وتعزيز الحكامة التنموية التشاركية.وذلك عبر استقراء الأدوار الدستورية للمجتمع المدني المرتبطة بتعزيز منظومة الحكامة،والتي فعلت عبر مدخل الديمقراطية التشاركية المؤطرة لمشاركة الفاعل الجمعوي في التشريع،وفي صياغة وتتبع وتقييم القرارات والبرامج التنموية،وتمثيليته في معظم هيئات الحكامة والتشاور كتأصيل قانوني أطره دستور 2011 والقوانين التنظيمية للجماعات الترابية لسنة 2015. وتأتي هذه الدراسة لتبيان مدى أجرأة وتفعيل الأدوار الدستورية للمجتمع المدني في مجال الحكامة التشاركية كنهج تدبيري يعزز بناء منظومة الحكامة الترابية بالمغرب. This research paper focuses on the topic of the role of civil society in strengthening participatory governance, and aims to shed light on the importance of the role of civil society in building and strengthening participatory developmental governance. By extrapolating the constitutional roles of civil society related to strengthening the governance system as legal rationale in the framework of the 2011 constitution and the 2015 organization allaws for territorial communities. The general goal in this study is to demonstrate the extent of boldness and activation of the constitutional roles of civil society in the field of participatory governance as a management approach that the building of system of territorial governance in Morocco.
