آليات تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي بالجامعة الجزائرية في ظل تطبيق نظام التعليم (ل، م، د)

Résumé: تعتبر جودة التعليم العالي من أهم المبادئ التي تساعد على تطور ورقي الجامعة والبحث العلمي، كما تدفع بالمجتمع إلى تخطي الأزمات الاجتماعية، والثقافية، والسياسية، والاقتصادية. ومن هذا المنطلق يقوم البحث الحالي على محاولة إبراز الآليات التي تؤدي إلى تحقيق الجودة في الجامعة الجزائرية من خلال التطرق إلى التجارب الدولية التي تبنت الجودة في مؤسساتها الجامعية، والهدف يتمثل في معرفة الجهود المبذولة من طرف الجامعة الجزائرية لمسايرة تلك الدول التي سبقتها في تجويد أنظمتها وبرامجها التعليمية. وقد توصل البحث إلى أن الجامعة الجزائرية وعن طريق الوزارة الوصية تسعى إلى تحقيق الجودة في التعليم العالي، من تبنيها لنظام التعليم (ل. م. د) مع توفير الإمكانيات المادية والبشرية ووضع آليات مناسبة لأرضيتها الجامعية رغم الصعوبات التي تواجهها. ‎‎ Summary: The quality of higher education is one of the most important principles that help to develop academic and scientific research, and push society to overcome social, cultural, political and economic crises. From this point of view, the current research is based on an attempt to highlight the mechanisms that lead to achieve quality in the Algerian university by addressing the international experiences that have adopted the quality in their university institutions. Therefore, the objective is to know the efforts made by the Algerian university to keep pace with the countries, which preceded it in improving their educational systems and programs. The research concluded that the Algerian university, through the supervising ministry, seeks to achieve quality in higher education, through its adoption of the education system (LMD) with the provision of material and human capacities and the development of appropriate mechanisms for its university grounds despite the difficulties it faces.
