تأثير الرياضة المدرسية المعدلة في تحقيق الصحة النفسية لدى أطفال الابتدائية (9-11) سنة من وجهة نضر المعلمين

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن أهمية ممارسة الرياضية المدرسية المعدلة ودورها في تحقيق الصحة النفسية بحيث تبين في الكثير من الدراسات السابقة ان الممارسة الرياضية لها اثر فعال وايجابي في خفض التوتر والقلق والشعور بالاختلاف والاضطرابات النفسية والمضاعفات النفسية فالأطفال الصغار في حاجة ماسة الى اللعب والافراج عن مشاعرهم والتعبير عن انفسهم والتخلص من الكبت والقلق والذي قد تنتج عنه مضاعفات اخرى، وهنا يأتي دور الرياضية المدرسية المعدلة حسب الفئة العمرية والاحتياجات الخاصة للأطفال في التخفيض من الضغوطات النفسية والشعور بالنقص لدى هذه الفئة، وقد توصلنا الى انه يرجع ارتفاع مستوى الصحة النفسية الى ممارسة الرياضية المدرسية المعدلة والمداومة عليها واتخاذها كعلاج نفسي للأطفال الصغار وجعلها وسيلة لتحقيق جوانب الصحة النفسية This study aimed to reveal the importance of the modified school sports practice and its role in achieving mental health, so that it was found in many previous studies that sports practice has an effective and positive effect in reducing tension, anxiety, feelings of difference, psychological disorders and psychological complications, as young children are in dire need of playing and releasing their feelings Expressing themselves and getting rid of depression and anxiety, which may result in other complications, and here comes the role of school sports modified according to the age group and the special needs of children in reducing psychological pressures and feeling inferior in this group, and we have concluded that the high level of mental health is due to the practice of school sports The amendment and maintenance of it and take it as a psychological treatment for young children and make it a means to achieve aspects of mental health
