Résumé: The simple joint stock company is the new model for the joint stock company created under the new Law 22-09, which is considered an amendment to Law 75-59, and this type of company was created specifically for emerging institutions. The purpose of this study lies in knowing the specificity of this type of company, and what distinguishes the latter from other companies, as the simple joint-stock company is characterized by the simplicity of its procedures on the one hand and the ease of its management on the other hand.
