واقع ممارسة أنماط القيادة داخل المكتبات الجامعية دراسة استكشافية بالمكتبة الجامعية بجامعة زيان عاشور– الجلفة – أنموذجا

Résumé: لقد عرف الإنسان منذ القديم ، أن الفرق بين النجاح والفشل في مختلف ميادين الحياة الإنسانية يرجع في جانب كبير منه إلى مدى كفاءة القيادة، حيث أن كل جماعة أو منظمة ... تحتاج إلى قيادة، وتشكل القيادة محور مهم ترتكز عليه مختلف النشاطات في المنظمات بصفة عامة والمكتبات الجامعية بصفة خاصة. وتعد القيادة من أهم عناصر نجاح المنظمة، إذ من شأنها أن توجه الموارد البشرية نحو تحقيق الأهداف ، لذا نهدف من وراء هذه الورقة البحثية محاولة اكتشاف ومعرفة أنماط القيادة السائدة من وجهة نظر العاملين بالمكتبة الجامعية بجامعة زيان عاشور بمدينة الجلفة ، والمنهج المناسب لطبيعة الموضوع المعالج هو المنهج الوصفي وانطلاقا من مناقشة وتحليل نتائج الدراسة يمكن القول بأن نمط القيادة السائد داخل المكتبة المركزية بجامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة هو النمط الديمقراطي مقارنة بالأنماط الأخرى. Man has known since ancient times that the difference between success and failure in various fields of human life is due in large part to the efficiency of leadership, since every group or organization needs leadership. Leadership is an important focus of various activities in organizations in general and university libraries in particular. Leadership is one of the most important elements of an organization's success. It would direct human resources towards achieving the goals. Therefore, we aim to try to discover and know the prevailing leadership patterns from the point of view of the staff at the University Library of Zian Ashour University in Djelfa. The appropriate approach to the nature of the subject addressed is descriptive and based on the discussion and analysis of the results of the study, it can be said that the leadership pattern prevailing within the central library of The University of Zian Ashour in Djelfa is democratic compared to other patterns.
