دور أدوات التخطيط الحضري Pdau و Pos في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

Résumé: بادرت الدولة الجزائرية إلى استحداث مخططات عمرانية لمعالجة هذه المشكلة وذلك للتحكم في هذا النمو الحضري، ومن هذه المخططات المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة والتعمير PDAU ومخطط شغل الأراضي POS والتي تعتبر من أدوات التخطيط المجالي والتسيير الحضري للمدن، من أجل التحكم وضبط توسع المجال العمراني. خدمة للمجتع وذلك من أجل تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة بكل أبعادها (الإجتماعية الإقتصادية والسياسية)، وذلك للحفاظ على البيئة وعلى العناصر المكونة لها، بغية تحقيق إستدامة تحفظ حق الأجيال اللاحقة للإستفادة من مواردها الطبيعية. The Algerian state has initiated the development of urban schemes to address this problem in order to control this urban growth, including the PDAU and POS land occupancy schemes, which are tools for field planning and urbanization of cities, in order to control and control urbanization. In order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals in all its dimensions (socio-economic and political), in order to preserve the environment and its constituent elements, in order to achieve sustainability that preserves the right of subsequent generations to benefit from their natural resources.
