Résumé: The research aims at shedding light on an important topic related to the role of green marketing in acquiring environmental competitive advantage of the economic institution by applying to Al-Arjah mill in the state of Beshar. Our research aims to highlight the extent to which economic institutions can apply the concept of green marketing. The study concluded that there are significant differences between the level of education and the adoption of Al-Arjah mill workers for green marketing principles, in addition there are a statistically significant effect of green products and green promotion in gaining an environmentalcompetitive advantage. The study also concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which are: Algerian industrial enterprises adopt the dimensions of green marketing within the strategic plans of enterprises and as part of the culture of the establishment to maintain a clean environment as well as satisfy cunsumer needs and desires, which is reflected on the profit of the establishment.
