الأساليب الكمية ودورها في اتخاذ القرارات الإستثمارية -دراسة حالة مجمع عمر بن عمر بولاية قالمة-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية الإعتماد على الأساليب الكمية في تقييم المشاريع الإستثمارية والحكم على جدواها، والوقوف على دورها في مساعدة أصحاب القرار على المفاضلة بين مختلف البدائل الإستثمارية المتاحة لاتخاذ قرارات الإستثمار السليمة، بما يمكن من تحقيق أكبر عائد ممكن في ظل محدودية الموارد وتباين درجة المخاطرة. وتحقيقا لهذا الغرض، تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية بمجمع عمر بن عمر بولاية قالمة، وذلك بتطبيق أحد الأساليب الكمية المتمثلة في محاكاة مونت كارلو في تقييم مشروع استثماري مقترح يتمثل في "إنتاج شتلات الطماطم" للحكم على مدى صلاحيته وجدواه، وقد أسفرت النتائج على قبول هذا المشروع واتخاذ القرار بالإستثمار فيه نظرا لما يدره من عوائد مجزية. This study aims to show the importance of relying on quantitative methods in evaluating investment projects and judging their feasibility, and determining their role in helping decision-makers to differentiate between the various available investment alternatives to make sound investment decisions, so that they can achieve the largest possible return in light of limited resources and the degree of variation Taking the risk. To this end, a field study was conducted in Amor Benamor Complex in Guelma, by applying one of the quantitative methods of simulating Monte Carlo on a proposed investment project "producing tomato seedlings" to judge its suitability. The results yielded the acceptance of this project and the decision to invest in it, as it generates rewarding returns.
