Résumé: The process of applying electronic management is based on a number of determinants. Through it, it seeks to create a realistic environment suitable for a successful application of electronic management. In turn, Algeria, like the rest of the world, began implementing its policy aimed at introducing major reforms in several central ministerial sectors and their decentralized bodies for an administrative reform characterized by modernization by adopting the application of the electronic management system. Accordingly, we have tried through this research paper to reach a set of goals represented in shedding light on the reality of the application of electronic management in Algeria and the motives and requirements for switching to it, and then assessing the reality of its application in Algeria, and the results of the study indicated a number of results, the most important of which is that Algeria is making efforts to provide The appropriate environment and incubator for electronic management, through the development and dissemination of information and communication technologies, but it is still unable to keep pace with global developments in this field.
