الفلاحة بديل استراتيجي لتنمية الاقتصاد الوطني في ظل تراجع عائدات النفط

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز دور القطاع الفلاحي كبديل استراتيجي لتنمية الاقتصاد الوطني، تعويضا عن عائدات النفط الغير مستقرة، الأمر الذي ألزم الحكومة على ضرورة البحث عن مداخيل بديلة للمحروقات بصفة مستدامة. والاهتمام بتفعيل القطاع الفلاحي يساهم في كسر التبعية الريعية وتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي، وتقليل فاتورة الواردات، خاصة لما تملكه الجزائر من إمكانيات متعددة، تساهم بشكل فعال في النهوض بالقطاع إلى جانب القطاعات الأخرى، وخلصت الدراسة إلى وضع رؤية إستراتيجية، مع طرح بعض الاقتراحات حول تفعيل القطاع لمساهمته في التنمية الاقتصادية. This study aims to highlight the role of the agricultural sector as a strategic alternative to the development of national economy, which obliged government to seek alternative income for oil on sustainable. The concern in activating the agricultural sector contributes to achieving self-sufficiency, and reduce import bill, because of algeria's multiple possibilities, which contribute effectively to the advancement of the sector. This study concluded with the propos a strategic vision, with suggestions on activating the agriculture for its contribution to development economic.
