تقييم الممارسات الجبائية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية " دراسة حالة مؤسسة البناء للجنوب الشرقي Eco. S. Set" خلال الدورة ( 2014 - 2017 )

Résumé: تعمل المؤسسات الاقتصادية على تحقيق اهدافها وتحسين علاقتها مع الاطراف الخارجية ومن بينهم الدولة، لذلك فإن للممارسات الجبائية أهمية كبيرة لما تحققه من مداخيل للميزانية وتمويل للخزينة العمومية. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تقييم الممارسات الجبائية في مؤسسة البناء للجنوب الشرقي، ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على أداة المقابلة و الوثائق المالية من أجل التعرف على أهمية التسيير الجبائي وفعاليته في مؤسسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: إن المؤسسة تخضع لمختلف الضرائب و الرسوم و تلتزم بتقديم التصريحات الجبائية في أجالها القانونية كما أنها تعاني من ضعف في التسيير الجبائي لعدم وجود مصلحة خاصة بتسيير العمليات الجبائية. Economic institutions are working to achive their objectives and improve their relationchip with external parties, including the state ,so fiscal practices are of great importance for their budget revenues and public treasury financing . This study aimed to identify the extent of evaluation of the fiscal practices in the South East Building Foundation and, to achieve this goal, relied on the interview tool and financial documents in order to identify the importance of fiscal management and its effectiveness in an institution. The study found a number of results, the most important of which are: the institution is subject to various taxes and fees and is committed to make fiscal statements in its legal deadlines and is committed to weak in the fiscal management because there is no special interest in the conduct of fiscal operations
